“The tiles are beautiful and great quality. The delivery let them down, understandable due to weight and size a pallet service has to be used however numerous tiles were chipped on arrival, the packaging was damaged (to me a clear forklift damage) the courier obviously don't care about this which is a shame it goes back to retailer to solve. Thankfully the service from Tile.co.uk following this was great and the broken tiles were issued out promptly but this did cause a change in our tiling plan and delay on on tiling/ knock on effect to entire bathroom. It is all finished and looks lovely however and I would use again for sure and just hope the courier is more careful next time on picking.”

“I'm in the process of buying tiles from your store using the credit function - but it isn't working - I need to have the tiles delivered in time but this is running out doe to this issue - I have tried contacting you on your live chat service, but no-one has gotten back to me so far. Not the service I was expecting. I may need to try elsewhere in future.”

“Love the tile I just bought. Beautiful colour. The pictures don’t do it justice! Well worth ordering the sample before committing! Haven’t got mine in yet but will send photos when I have. Delivery was good too.”

“Always reluctant to order tiles online but this was a really good experience. Tiles not quite as white as I expected but in fact go much better with my colour scheme. 14 different patterns! Making a beautiful patchwork of blues. And arrived very quickly! Very pleased indeed.”

“Brilliant service providing a great product at a great price. However I did think it was very expensive charging me £20 for shipping of one box of tiles extra on a second order because I had run short. The box of tiles only cost £15. For my first order of £407 the shipping cost was the same. I would suggest this needs reviewing.”

“I ordered 18 large tiles for a feature wall in an ensuite & for the floor too. Good service & delivery but a shame that 3 were chipped in the corners. Luckily I managed to use them & hide the edges but a shame that this had happened.”
