“What a marvel, a website that is easy to use, clear and possibly using my starting criteria somewhere that is free to advertise my rental property. When registering a property to rent you get various options, which is where they would seem to get some revenue such as being able to provide an EPC if you don’t have one. You are free to use these additional facilities or take them up on their offers or continue without using them and post your advert completely free of charge. I also liked the fact that they did conduct security checks to validate the ownership of the property; a facility that I feel will give potential tenants some measure of confidence when they are looking for somewhere to rent.”

“I sent an email and received a super prompt reply. I telephoned them and found Alex the Account Manager to be pleasant, professional and listened to my query. He advised me and prompted an action to resolve the query. Fantastic company to work with especially for new agents like myself who cannot afford other paid portals like Rightmove and Zoopla and OnTheMarket.com that I cannot join due to not meeting their joining criteria. I would recommend any agent and property owner to use TheHouseShop.”
