We had advised we have been experiencing ongoing delays due to the severe backlogs caused by Royal Mail strikes.
We can confirm your order was handed over to them, and is in their depots waiting to be sorted.
These strikes are affecting the entirety of the UK, and all of our customers orders. Orders are showing up, they are just taking much longer than we had expected. We are going everything we can on our end to speed this process up, however there is little we can do at this stage as the days are down to the courier.

We have been doing everything we can on our end to speed this process up, however at this stage the delay is entity down to the backlog caused by the strike action.
We understand this is very frustrating, these delays are affecting the whole country.

In regards to the shirt, it was listed as 'Condition: Good - Button Missing As Shown' with a photograph showing the missing button. We are so sorry about the shipping fee - unfortunately we have no power over how much the shipping company's charge although we would love to make it cheaper for our customers.

“So ordered a jacket and a sweater. I returned both but the sweater had a hole in it and it was not written in the condition. So I had to return it on my own cost, at the end I paid the same amount for the shipping as for the sweater, sorry but I will never buy there again.”
