Im sorry to hear this! Im afraid Royal Mail have been striking causing them to have delays. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed them up. “Ordered a couple hundred dollars worth of clothing from Thrifted, my bank account was charged, and only THEN was I notified that my entire order was cancelled. They never notified me WHY this happened, and I know it wasn't just a matter of some of my items being ordered by someone else, because EVERY one of my items was cancelled. I was eventually refunded, but the experience was just baffling. Please hit up your local thrift shops for cheaper prices & much more direct communication before relying on this website.”
