I apologise for the delay, we have been dealing with ongoing delays due to the Royal Mail strikes.
Unfortunately this has caused a huge backlog in there depots and it means customers orders are taking a lot longer to arrive the expected.
We are doing everything we can on our end to speed the up, however there is little we can do at this stage.

In regards to the shipping, you do apologise for the wait, Unfortunately, Royal Mail strikes are just out of our hands im afraid. We do offer shipping with Fedex as well :)

I can see that your item was listed as 'CONDITION: good - small mark on front.' with a photograph showing the mark being pointed out with a sticker which is our usual procedure. I am sorry that you were not happy with the condition of the item!
