“Great service, very easy to renew policies. I had to make a claim recently and the process has been very straightforward. It only took about 3 days form submitting the claim form to my claim being approved. Everyone whom I dealt with (mostly Oliver I) has been very responsive and kept me up to date on progress. Highly recommended!”

“I was devastated when my Rolex watch was damaged when abroad.THMarch went above and beyond to honour my claim and administer a repair immediately.Brilliant customer service and l am delighted to have my watch back in my possession duly repaired.”

“Staff at T H March were very helpful in dealing with emergency cover after the storms early in the year. Recently I had to make a claim for water damage to garage ceiling and this was also handled promptly and professionally.”

“I was very pleased and impressed by the way the company very quickly responded in a very helpful way to my claim for damage to my wife’s ring and liaised with my chosen jeweller to repair it and settle the claim! Top marks and many thanks to them !”

“Had a little issue with my wifes ring one of the stone come out and i had no issued with TH match to pay out for the cost and getting it repaired i’m glad to be part of this company out of 1000s of others”

“You never ever think that it is possible to lose a diamond ring when out of the blue it happens to you. Always more worth it to have valuable/sentimental items insured. Insuring my wife’s ring with TH March was without a doubt the best decision we made with the ring. They have been smooth, supportive and flexible throughout the whole process updating me constantly. Charlotte helped with our claim. She always answered all the questions we had and was patient with us when we were obviously very anxious and upset. We could not have asked for someone better to manage our claim.”
