“We did think that the tomatoes on arrival felt a little soft, after discussing this with yourselves we found that heritage tomatoes are not known for their softness. We will be purchasing piccolo tomatoes in future.”

Hi Anthony, Thank you for your review, the specialty heritage variety tomatoes are a naturally softer fruit, we grow a wide variety of tomatoes and each have their own individual characteristics. As it was your first order and you were looking for a more firmer red tomato we recommended you try a piccolo next time and we sent you a complimentary box of the kind of tomatoes we thought you would prefer. “I placed my first order with the IOW Tomato Stall and was so pleased with the quality of the tomatoes, aubergine and peppers. I also really like the Pizzaiola sauce and it was delicious on homemade pizza. I will definitely order everything again!”

“The flavour and quality of all the fresh produce is excellent. Also having once tried a Dolmio cooks sauce (not good) I vowed to always cook my own from scratch.. and then I tried sauces from IoW Tomatoes Cooks Range - WOW I now always have some of your jars in my store-cupboard.”

“Excellent communication and delivery. The tomatoes are well presented in a cardboard box with dividers, simply leave the box on the side in your kitchen and help yourself to what you want. They taste amazing, which so the main thing and I think the price is very reasonable too, remember this is 3kg of tomatoes so before you think twice make sure you price up 3kg of quality tomatoes from the supermarket, you’ll be surprised.”

“The box arrived quickly after ordering. There was a good selection of tomatoes of different shapes, colours and sizes. All tasted delicious in the different recipes I used to make the most of them, and snacking on the colourful cherry tomatoes.”
