“Produce looked wonderful. I placed an order but having waited some time and then asking where it was, I was informed that the delivery company lost it. I have given one star due to the fact that orders should be followed up to ensure that items have arrived. I am very disappointed. I hope other customers have a better experience.”

“As a customer who has placed many orders and sung the praises of the tomato stall. However I am extremely disappointed with what has happened over my last 3 orders . 1 Failure to turn up. 2 Spoiled and soft tomatoes twice 3 Going back on what was agreed What has happened to them”

“As I reported to you the tomatoes were very overripe, so much so I was unable to eat any of them. You kindly offered me a discount on my next order which I had previously said I didn’t want. I would just like your products as good as they were last year.”

“The tomatoes were over-ripe, with several squished and burst open. Only fit for making a quick chutney or straight in the bin. Very disappointing and vastly overpriced. Won’t get stung again 🙁”

“i have ordered from the tomato stall before & been thrilled with the produce but my delivery last week was a different matter, it arrived & almost half of it was squashed, i contacted the courier & was told to contact TTS direct, i sent an email including photographs of the damaged produce, when i hadn't received a response a few days later i emailed again & again no response, i am very upset by the original produce delivered & the failure to even acknowledge my emails. i have previously recommended but will not be doing so in future.”
