“I bought 3 kilos of small cherry & vine tomatoes which are available during the winter months - I wanted to make tomato soup with some of them. The tomatoes arrived beautifully packed as usual and I gave some to my daughter and some to my neighbour - that evening they both texted me saying how delicious the tomatoes were. I cut the rest in half and roasted them with a bit of butter Then cooked up sliced onions till transparent - combined the two - salt & papper and blitzed them - This gives a thick puree which you can thin for soup or use as a sauce - this morning I had a teaspoonful with my egg and spinach combo I was making for breakfast (my daughter says I must eat more protein at breakfast - and as she is a nurtrionist I pay attention!). Anyway DELICIOUS tomatoes always from you - thank you - I am looking forward to the full range being ready. Best wishes Caroline”
