“The order was left outside the building on the ground, but I asked to leave it inside the building. Apart from that, the box was opened and wet. When I opened the box, I found two cans leaked, and the box was greasy and dirty.”

“They are the best tomatoes ever. I discovered these guys in lockdown and haven't gotten a tomato anywhere else since! Cant beat them. The oak-smoked tomatoes & pesto are also incredible. You simply have to try!”

“Generally excellent, but this time a jar of smoked tomatoes in oil leaked a bit, resulting in much of the "stuffing" n the packaging not being fit for recycling. For understandable reasons given present conditions the courier was a day later than originally said, but only notified us of this rather late in the day”

“The products, especially fresh produce, are lovely. I like the dashboard feature on the website that allows me to manage my delivery. The website is informative and interesting. Packaging, which was originally a bit of an issue now seems to be completely resolved and is 100% compostable too. Deliveries arrive efficiently and on time and any issues have always been resolved brilliantly by the customer service team. Would 100% recommend.”
