“The tomatoes are delicious but very expensive by comparison to the supermarkets even taking into account the home delivery but we will stick with them as they are local and have relatively few miles to come.”

“I ordered the smaller box of mixed tomatoes and I was very impressed with my order. Fantastic selection of great quality tomatoes, initially I was just eating them out of the bowl I had put them in On the work surface, they needed to be On display as they look so beautiful and tasted great too. Each different type of tomatoe has a very distinct flavour which is lovely. Stopped myself from eating too many and made a lovely but simple salad of sliced tomatoe, sliced mozzarella, torn basil and olive oil, delicious. I also popped a couple of the smaller tomatoes into halved red peppers, roasted in the oven with the delicious chilli olive oil and an anchovy fillet on each one. Ate at room temperature as the flavour really pops. I sliced the large beef tomatoes ( probably my least favourite but still good) and used half of it to top a clan and the other half, well seasoned, in a great tomatoes sandwich. Used one orange, one red, one yellow to make a lovely salsa and the tiger stripe ones I seasoned, let them sit for a while and then I chopped them onto a freshly cooked lamb rack with a mint gremolata, absolutely wonderful and mint and tomatoes is a new favourite for me. The last few tomatoes have been chopped into a salad with parmesan shavings, very simple but so tasty. I ordered the small box but it is only me that eats them but I really enjoy great tomatoes and these are the best!”
