We are an independent family run business retailing in carpet, vinyl and luxury vinyl tiles.

We offer a free estimate, planning and a Home Choose service. Please call us on 01842 760598 to book your appointment.

Our professional installers will complete your flooring purchase to the highest of standards.

Just need flooring? No worries as delivery is available.

Have old carpet down? We can sort that too and leave you with nothing to worry about except where to put your sofa!

“From start to finish could not have had a better service!Emma at the warehouse was knowledgeable,friendly and her husband Brett was efficient and cheerful.When the fitters came ,they were expert in their job,completely cleared up afterwards,and nothing was too much trouble for them.We have had some "dodgy" fitters in the past,but we would never use anybody but this firm in the future.Highly recommend this team to anybody wanting new flooring!😄👍👍. Very professional, transparent and friendly. The fitters are such a credit to the business, very polite, professional and very clean! Not a single scrap of mess or dust left! All rubbish taken with them. The quality of our flooring is amazing, feels so luxurious - I cannot wait to have friends and family over to show it off! “This was a first-time LVT experience and came on a recommendation from a neighbour. I have to say that the whole experience was seamless from the quotation stage to the end job. The quote was received the next day and the fitting was carried out on the date stipulated to a high standard. The fitter always arrived on time and cleared up at the end of each day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Thetford Carpet Warehouse and will be having them back to complete further work.”

“I cannot recommend Thetford Carpets enough. Having put off having most of my house recarpeted (for perceived budget and logistical reasons - a large corner sofa that had to remain in situ for one) for five years, I finally bit the bullet and decided that I wanted to go local/independent. I am so glad I did. From the moment I made the initial phone call, I had nothing but friendly, helpful and speedy service. Nothing was too much trouble. Their experience chose my carpet for me - their thoughts on what I was after following the initial visit were actually spot on! The first carpet they suggested turned out to be the exact perfect one in colour and finish. They kept to my budget, lifted and disposed of all my existing flooring, including some very tired laminate, dealt with that awkward sofa and left the place beautifully carpeted, expertly fitted, and spotless. So, I couldn't be happier, and would unhesitatingly recommend Thetford Carpets to anyone. The best new carpet experience I have ever had (and I haven't had bad ones!)”
