“The difference between The Sweet Box and bigger retailers is, for me, care. You can see in the way that items are presented, wrapped, and packaged; the way they look and taste, that they have been selected and prepared with care. Everything is of good, consistent standard They can't be as cheap as the supermarkets but they are certainly better value for money in matters of quality and care.”

“Great products at a great price. delivery came in good time. Only thing that stopped me giving ( stars was the Laffy Taffy was bent to fit in the box. As these were a gift wasn’t too happy as they looked a mess but other then that happy.”

“Was good value as I got the 1kg for £5. However you get a lot of each sort of sweets so if you don’t like a lot of different sweet I’d go for the bold your own. Quick postage”

“Unfortunately didn't receive all of my order and took a couple of weeks to resolve which had been explained as illness which can't be helped and was answered quick after my second email. American lollies where very sticky so couldn't get wrapper off but rest was lovely. Would have been 5 star if not for the issue with missing items.”

“The sweets were packed so badly that the majority were broken, however I have now spoken to a customer service person who was really helpful and sorted everything out really quickly, and explicitly they will review the future packaging.”

“the sweets were great did not know some of the sweets still exsisted pity the bottom of the box was not sealed dropped the sweets on floor when i took the box out of wrapper will buy again”
