“The level of service from The Suffolk Nest is first class, from the quality of their products to the very quick delivery I cannot fault this company. I was kept well informed of the dispatch and delivery of my order. My vase was delivered very well packaged so no damage in transit. I am delighted with my purchase, even more beautiful in real life. “I ordered x 6 faux Eucalyptus stems over the Bank Holiday weekend and they arrived swiftly on Wednesday through DPD. Order confirmation and dispatch emails received - The stems were wrapped beautifully and I am exceptionally pleased with the quality of them. I definitely would purchase again and on the occasions I have had communication with Ashlee- she’s been friendly and super helpful.”

“We ordered the fake Fiddle tree for a dark corner in our dining room where real plants were not surviving due to lack of sunlight. The plant looks real and we have already received several compliments. Ordering the Fiddle tree to its delivery was very easy and speedy. I was kept up to date with the status of the order.
