“Great product, delivery failure.. Ordered over a month ago, re-requested, chased. Told that we are "in the hands of Royal Mail" or words to that effect. Still no sign. Disappointingly I will need to request a credit for non-fulfillment of my order. Wasn't like this the first two times I ordered.”

I can see that you were asked to wait a couple of days to see if it turned up, but if not, we are always happy to resend, as we want you to have your order! “The seep scourer is fabulous. Well worth the money. Much better than the cheap plastic sponges and they clean up nicely in the dishwasher too. No scratches to anything delicate or to sinks etc. I have been recommending them to family and friends”

“I first bought one sponge via a local supplier but it was so good that I then purchased a larger number directly. They are easy to keep clean and last longer than advertised. I find it harder to understand why anyone wouldn't want them.”

“Good ethical company with great products, kind to the environment and they work. Dish scourers work well and go in the compost when they have finished their life. Delivery was pretty quick too.”

We have pretty good quality control for all of our products and check each batch that goes out of our factories, but unfortunately, some not-quite-right products do occasionally slip through. We track these product issues and work with our factories to improve them the next time. Often, they arise because we're using natural materials, which are more difficult to work with. “All very efficient, prodct is much better than expected (year supply kitchen 'spnges'). Too many emails subsequently for my liking and requests to write reviews which I'm only bothering with because I want to support anyone aiming to supporth the environment.”
