“This is my go to jewellers for different, good quality and reasonably priced jewellery having purchased from them more than once. However, my last purchase was disappointing, as on receipt of the earrings, I did not feel they were as described / shown on the website. Always excellent customer service and quick delivery so, maybe, I was just unlucky this time.”
