“I really can’t review this purchase as, like most online gifts, I don’t get to see it. All I can say is that I have been told it was delivered on the promised date and as I was late organising this gift, I was pleased to see the promised delivery date was the day after I placed the order very late in the day”

“One of the beads (the big one located in the center of the necklace) had dark marks on it. Since it was meant for a gift and I didn't have time to get a replacement, I gently cleaned it. It took a long time to clean, but in the end, it looked presentable. The same bead had some production lines on it too (it wasn't perfect), and I hope it won't crack. I wouldn't recommend the shop to others, which is a shame because otherwise, the necklace was cute, and the delivery was quick.”

“Quick service and good prices, however, the necklace I purchased came with a box chain which wasn’t the case in the photo (or other websites selling Heritage jewellery). I would also have preferred the original Heritage packaging.”

“There was a problem with delivery which was bought as a christmas gift. This did not arrive. Had to wait around six weeks before secret garden refunded money. Was continually asked to give it another week to see if royal mail delivered. Clearly this was not going to happen because we knew it had already been delivered to wrong address.”

“Have always been happy by the service from the secret garden but the last sale you had I did not get my complete order. One of the last charms I ordered was out of stock and I was asked to pick an alternative one. I am still waiting with no response from you.”

“I wanted a Nomination charm for my Grandaughters bracelet Xmas gift. Nomination charms a really expensive, and bought from the company, charge a delivery price on top of the charm price. This company still charges the full Nomination price, but with free delivery. I think £29 for a piece of stainless steel only about a centimetre square is an absolute ripoff, but that is what she wanted, so that is what she had. I know these things are expensive, but the previous one at £18 was pricey enough. If one of her 'friends' takes it apart and breaks it then bins it, as she did with the £18 one, I will be most upset.”
