“Got sent a random email asking to leave a review to get 15% off (apparently all previous reviews have been lost). Mine was a negative review last time and…still is. They accepted an online order from me which included a valid voucher code and took payment for it. The following day they emailed to advise they wouldn’t be honouring the voucher and would need further payment to fulfil the order or it would need to be cancelled. The voucher was in date and met the obligations stated. There was nothing in their T&C’s to say it couldn’t be taken. No apology, only rudeness when I queried this. It is just as well I do not intend to shop at Secret Garden again as I doubt they could be trusted to honour this latest bribe.”

“I purchased a pair of Kit Heath earrings (£58) in February 2021 as a 60th birthday gift from my brothers. As I went to put the second earring in, it snapped in two. I felt quite upset going off to my party, as my friends had bought the matching necklace & I had to go in another pair of earrings. I emailed Secret Garden customer services and to this day have had no reply. I had to pay £40 for them to be repaired at a jewellers, replacing 2 matching hooks. I won’t be using them again.”
