“The rug I ordered looked exactly like the online picture. I was worried it would not be so thick and fluffy as the picture but was delighted when it arrived. Delivery took a few days but I was not in a rush so was perfectly happy with the timescale. The rug was rolled and well packaged. It did not immediately lay flat, which was to be expected after having been rolled, but it flattened out within hours. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely use The Rug Shop again. (Order no 1000046550)”

“The company were very helpful, my product was out of stock and they let me know within a day of my purchase. They offered alternatives comparable to my original purchase. I chose a slightly less expensive one and I was refunded the difference almost immediately. The rug when it arrived was gorgeous. I highly recommend the rug shop, they have something for everyone.”
