“As you would imagine with these type of companies, we were offered a price below market value. This companies offer was not that far below and when you factor in what was included, ie all costs including solicitors, house clearance etc you are on a win win deal.
Our house was put on the market a couple of days after the photographs were taken, to be completely accurate, on the market Friday and sold Saturday.
I could have sold through a traditional estate agency and " maybe " seen a bit more but i could also be still trying to sell with countless buyers stuck in chains instead of writing this from our dream property in Portugal.
