“Very quick response to my initial enquiry by Stuart who was very easy to talk to. He explained the way the process would work should we decide to go ahead. Everything progressed quickly from our acceptance of the 'maximum' offer, valuations followed and we subsequently agreed a price. The legalities were taken care of and we were kept informed of progress along the way by the whole team, all of whom were friendly, polite, helpful and professional. A couple of small hicoughs along the way were resolved to our satisfaction and the sale completed successfully in a timescale that met our needs. Happy to recommend to anyone who wants a relatively quick, minimum stress property sale.”

“Having phoned the company I spoke to ADAM who was very helpful and arranged an appointment for Patrick Woods to view the property on 6th June...he was also very helpful...and gave me a briefing on the company procedure....with some advice and an offer to purchase the property...I did not feel pressured but did feel confident in the company.....
Adam followed up telephonically and we discussed the situation...and I raised a few queries of my own....
As I have various personal issues it was left to me to get back to the company as and when I wished to go ahead..
