“The experience I ha depth the property buying company was exactly as they told me from the outset. I had been nervous from some of the things I had read on the internet, however, everything went exactly as planned. Justine in the progression team was really helpful answering all my questions and keeping me up to date. As promised I had the cash in my bank within three weeks and I no longer had to deal with my problem tenants.”

“Nothing was too much trouble for the staff of The Property Buying Company. They guided me through every step of my house sale. With continued updates, communications and simple explanations, the staff at The Property Buying Company sold my property for me despite that I no longer lived anywhere near that area. One member of The Property Buying Company's team even visited me at my new address: fantastic service & I can not praise them highly enough. They promised my house sale at an agreed price & they fulfilled that promise successfully, professionally & quickly. Thank you all.”

“As you would imagine with these type of companies, we were offered a price below market value. This companies offer was not that far below and when you factor in what was included, ie all costs including solicitors, house clearance etc you are on a win win deal. Our house was put on the market a couple of days after the photographs were taken, to be completely accurate, on the market Friday and sold Saturday. I could have sold through a traditional estate agency and " maybe " seen a bit more but i could also be still trying to sell with countless buyers stuck in chains instead of writing this from our dream property in Portugal. Thank you Property Buying Company Mark Day ( ex Leicestershire )”
