“Your webpage looks very professional and the customer service is good. Hairpins are very good, but the quality of the industrial legs could be better. One of the square legs I received was little twisted. Some floor protection for the industrial legs in the package would be nice.”

Hi Miron, Thanks for your message. Yes we did have an issue with your order getting damaged during transit. I hope the partial refund we sent you was some consolation. We are looking at ways to improve our packaging on international shipments. Thanks again for being so understanding on this :-)

“Have had a good experience with you guys and very pleased to see your business grow along with mine. Product - good, returns policy /swap for substandard (rust or damaged legs) goods very good. Delivery - very good, although have been caught short a few times when you haven't got the stock in that I need and when bank holidays arise such as the last one - ordered some legs on the Thursday hoping they would get me on Tuesday but they didn't and will be arriving today (Wednesday) Price - excellent, however as a businesses myself I would always welcome price drops if I order more legs. i.e. I could give you my business for the 28" legs which I order form elsewhere. Copper legs - would like to get copper legs from you but the current copper legs are a bit lucozade orange (i get my copper legs from wicked boxcar as my customers prefer the finish). Also more colour options on the 16" legs would be ideal. Thanks again for all your help and support. Chris - thinkFOUND”
