“There was an manufacturing defect with the table top I received but I was offered a couple of options to resolve the issue. Delivery was quick and free and the table looks good in my home office. Thanks”

Hi Suzanne, I think there has been some confusion here. We offered you a 20% refund if you wanted to keep the top, but we are happy to replace it also. I cant see we mentioned anything about not being able to take it back. Please do let us know if you want to proceed with either option.

“Ordered the Brass coated Hairpins. Delivery was pretty fast - abt. 5days to Denmark. The Hairpins came well packed, including the 4 rubber feet and mounting screws. The hairpins looks fabulous like massive brass. The brass coating has a slightly coarse surface to the touch but it's not visible. 4.5 out of 5”

“I ordered industrial box legs for a coffee table. The color was not what I expected and one leg was slightly damaged. Through this process, I emailed the company and they were extremely responsive, answered all my questions with responses that were informative and extremely helpful. I am a touch, look and feel type of purchaser and I certainly take onus for not asking questions about color prior to making my purchase. I made my decision off of website pictures. If the need arises, I will purchase additional products through Hairpin by exercising extra diligence on my end. The quality is exceptional.”

“I love the design of the all the legs that I have bought however the past few times it seems that none of the legs are being delivered without scratches on the paint. it such a shame. I did report this once and was sent some new legs (still minor scratches but not as bad as the previous ones). the last order I placed was for 3 pairs of table legs and 2 pairs of bench legs) and all of them had scratches. Other than that they are great, almost perfect.”

“Great legs, quick delivery and very well wrapped which is a big plus!! The price is good, though a little misleading - the 'Trade' account that is advertised sounds greats, however in reality the prices of the hairpin legs is no cheaper than other companies on eBay, even with the trade account. Seems like a bit of a gimmick, however with the delivery and care of the items I'm happier buying from The Hairpin Leg Co at a price that isn't honestly that competitive.”

Hi Simon, Thanks for the feedback here. The only thing I would say to this is that in our opinion we are not selling the same product as those on eBay. We have bought a few to check and they are largely very low quality, imported from China from sellers who just buy and sell random products. They have no control over the manufacturing process or the quality of goods produced and I think this shows. They are generally not really comparable (in our opinion). We have a large trade customer base who trust the quality of the product that we produce that you simply cannot get from eBay.
