“'Good Quality & Fast Delivery'. We ordered a variety of Different sizes and colours of the 3 rod Hairpin Legs. The quality of the legs are excellent & with a great variety of colours they had the exact ones we wanted. They were also packaged very well & all were in great condition when they arrived. We will definitely be using 'The Hairpin Leg Company' again!”

“... just a follow up on my last review - the company has send a very nice email apologising for the quite disastrous service - something must have gone terribly wrong. Items have been dispatched and received now! And a full refund for he whole order issued as a very nice gesture.... Maybe it was just a 'perfect storm' and their service is usually very good. In the end - happy!”

“Product itself is great: well made and looks good too. Issues with my delivery - 3 of 4 legs were damaged - were initially dismissed on the basis that some of the damage wouldn’t be seen under the table and an offer of a 10% discount was suggested. Once that was rejected a totally new set were sent within 48 hours. Had that been the initial response it would have been a 5 star review.”

“The products are excellent however you are asking for a review of the company, so not so good, as delivery communication on this and previous order was absent and the items just turned up out of the blue.”

Hi Nicola, Thanks for the feedback. I am glad you are happy with the legs. This is interesting to know as you should be getting updates from our couriers. We refrain from sending our own emails generally as it means you would get them from us and the courier which is a little overkill. Certainly something that we will be looking into though. “The plastic feet do not stay on the legs even with super glue so maybe one with a type of strap that goes over the the leg and is them glued into a slot or a klick lock in type slot as they are the only complaint from my clients”

“Quality products, but could do with a touch more protection on table top packing. Surface scratches and dents, sorted efficiently by customer services but would rather not have the issue in first place.”

“Legs arrived well packed and in perfect condition. They are great. My only moan is that I discovered this company selling the same legs substantially cheaper on Amazon. Just goes to show it’s not always best to buy direct!”

“happy with service and delivery. products are good quaily and good price. only issues I've had was the packaging wasn't great and 3 or 4 of the legs were scratched. we managed to touch them up. but thought Id send you the feedback so you can have a look into it thanks Simon”

Thanks for the feedback, Simon. I am sorry to hear your legs turned up like this. We are always more than happy to send out replacements for damages which do sometimes happen. I am glad to hear you managed to touch them up - but we would not expect you to have to do this! We are also working on a stronger box and packing method that will hopefully bring this down to a zero issue.

“You improved the packing, but I still get sometimes legs with slight varnish damage. I also liked the black mat varnish better, than the semigloss.”

“Really fast delivery, the table top was well protected with lots of padding, all very easy to assemble, really pleased the legs came with floor protectors too. We ordered the black legs, and some of the paint was scuffed on a couple of them...not really visible now the desk has been set up but thought I'd mention it so it can be avoided in future :)”
