“Absolutely delighted with the two boxes I’ve received so far - so much so that I’m considering upgrading to monthly instead of bi-monthly. I’ve also bought an annual membership for a family member for Christmas - which I would not has done if I wasn’t totally delighted 🍸🍸 xx”

“What can I say if you love gin this is for you. You dont just receive a high quality craft gin but mixers and sweet goodies as well, and don’t forget the Ginned magazine that gives you a insight into the gin of the month plus great cocktail ideas. I write this on the 12th December leading up to Christmas. With the craft gin club it’s Christmas at the beginning of every month when your box arrives.”

“Can’t comment on the gin as I’m allergic to cinnamon contained in the gin so I’ve lost £40 so I’ve cancelled my account.”

“All of the deliveries have been gratefully received. Each months is different, it’s creatively thought about and is eagerly expected. The quality and variety of products is excellent. It’s both a great gift and a special treat for yourself. Customer service skills and attention to detail is very good too. Have highly recommended it to my gin loving friends 😊”

“Gin is fantastic, and there's great excitement when discovering all the 'extras' in the box. Really good value. Jon, Joe, and especially Peter, go the extra mile to make sure any queries or account changes are dealt with immediately. Anyone swithering as to whether to join, go on, you won't regret it.”

“Craft gin club boxes are great, I love the flexibility on frequency of delivery and there’s always a great selection of goodies to compliment the craft gins. The magazine is great too giving info about the months products and recipes using the gin of the month. The goods are always well packaged and good to see Royal Mail making deliveries. Highly recommend the craft gin club”

“First box received on time in September with a nice gin. Despite being told my December box had been posted at the end of November when I check the tracking number with the post office it states it has still not been received by them on the 10th December some two weeks later. Sent an email asking what was going on but only got a standard reply blaming the delay due to the Christmas post and saying they try to respond to emails within four working days. Would like to know if my bottle has been sent yet and if not when it will be.”

“No customer services.No reply to emails.One item had gone over me ,my carpet. when unpacking.Over some of the order. No response apart from we have got your message. I have sent another message cancelling see what happens with that. It is so frustrating when know one responds. Spoilt the whole present for my husband.”

“The regular, beautifully presented and extremely yummy contents of my wife's boxes are delightful. But where I was really impressed was by the personal level of service. Best example would be when I wanted to buy a one off box for my mother - a couple of (super friendly) emails and despite having theoretically sold out, they still managed to find me a spare box and send it in time for xmas. Great people and an exceptional product :)”
