“Our first time with the club and so excited to get our gin box for June. Oh dear, I know tastes are personal but my gosh, how dreadful was it. My husband said it tasted of eating dirt, and I thought there was too much pine. So disappointed that we have cancelled our subscription which is a shame as we wanted to use it to until Christmas at least, so we had presents that we could open together and taste. :(”

“I love the surprise of what I get, I feel you need an online members zone. Also I would prefer more mixers in the box instead of things like the vitamin drink and tomato juice. But that’s just a personal preference.”

“This is the second time my husband has bought me a subscription as a present so I was excited to receive the first new box. I was interested to try the Norwegian gin but sadly, I can honestly say this is the most unpleasant gin I've ever had. The smell is offputting to start with and then lingers even with a flavoured tonic. The taste seems to match the smell and has something almost chemical about it. Very disappointed as this will probably get wasted.”

“Hi, was very excited to receive my first gin box and could not wait to get home to open it. I am in various wine clubs and have always gone for those which provide a different taste to that which I would normally pick so loved the idea of the gin box ... But I really do not like the Norwegian gin included in the June box 😞 to the extent of even hating the smell (and I thought I would like all gins as have tried a few 😉) unfortunately may need to cancel membership as this gin will be totally wasted ...”

“First box was great with yummy Salcombe gin. The April Manchester gin box arrived with damaged/broken snacks although the company did replace - two weeks later after having sent them a reminder email. Didn't enjoy the gin nearly as much as the one before. Cancelled our subscription because we were being bombarded with emails (on two different accounts) virtually every other day trying to get us to upgrade our membership. Shame as we were so pleased with the first box and loved the concept.”

“So exciting to receive our gin box every other month - It always seems to arrive on a Friday which is perfect timing! The gins are always a joy to sample we particularly enjoyed the Sabatini and the Boatyard and love the chance to try diffent mixers and snacks. Thank you Craft Gin - we are very happy satisfied customers!”

“I love getting my box of gin every three months but I have to tell you how disappointed I was with June’s bottle. Unfortunately the taste of the gin was awful, even my husband wouldn’t drink it and he’ll drink anything. There was nothing wrong with the actual gin just the taste wasn't nice for us. Disappointing!”

“Received our introductory gin pack @ £29.00 and happy enough with the package. Unfortunately, other than the gin, the rest of the “hamper” isn’t something we’d usually bother with, so regardless of the claimed saving buying everything separately, alas we wouldn’t so we’ve immediately cancelled. Certainly wouldn’t subscribe to £40 for basically a bottle of gin and a load of pointless (to us), extras.”
