“Only thing I can say is. I wish I joined when you started. I love the different gins and sides you do that compliment the gins perfectly”

“Last month I joined follow a recommendation by a very dear friend. Thanks Jane. Oh wow what a wonderful surprise packed full of goodies. It was being like a kid again at Christmas. The excitement of exploring the box was amazing & I could share some 🤣 of the treats with my family. The beauty of trying new gins which I wouldn’t normally have done is fantastic. The flavour of Theodore Pictish Gin is to be savoured and it is definitely my new favourite. Thank you for introducing me to new delights. Highest recommendation. Maureen James”

“A wonderful surprise each month with so many goodies in thebox. Superb Gin and at last I have bought a Gluggle jug! So pleased that the Pets Pyjamas website directed me to the Craft Gin Club. I was very taken with the idea when I watched the presentation on Dragons Den a while back.”

“Craft Gin Club is like being in a warm place, surrounded by caring family. All correspondence is answered very promptly, with a friendly vibe. I greatly look forward to my monthly package and it still feels like Christmas, every time. It’s fun, full of surprises and great value. I would recommend this club to anyone and the Facebook clubbers are always informative and share ideas and pictures. I LOVE Craft Gin Club.”

“So far I have received two monthly bottles from the Craft Gin Club but have given both away as presents! So I haven't sampled the gin but have been very impressed by the service, the value for money and from what I can see, the quality of the ingredients. I also like that the accompanying magazine gives you lots of ideas around what to make with your gin beyond a standard G&T. Keep up the good work!”

“Our gin club membership was bought for us as a wedding gift, we loved it so much we continued the subscription once the year had ended. This is a great way to try different gins and the other goodies each box contains. Keep up the good work!”

“I have only just started like gin again after a bad experience when I was in my teens. The gin club has great craft gin flavour not like the gin I had in my teens. And the artisan nibbles and mixers are great treat. I look forward to my message saying your gin is on its way.”

“It says you receive your first box in the first week of the month. I ordered the July box in June & it is the 11th July today but I have not received it. I got a text last week to say I would have it by Friday 5th July but I’ve heard nothing since regarding my order.”

“Been a member for a couple of years now, used to be absolutely fantastic and couldn’t wait for the box to arrive, sadly the variety and value of the contents within the box has really gone down hill. The past few months the gins have all had a similar taste, a similar percent volume and definitely not had the wow factor that they previously have had, and the tonic water/crisps/nuts have been near enough the same for months! I thought I’d give it one last shot but I’ve just had this months delivered and upon opening the box and being very disappointed again.. I immediately emailed to cancel my subscription. Surprisingly I got an email back within a few minutes saying it had been cancelled and how I could reactivate if I so desired in the future, I thought they may have asked my reason behind wanting to leave after over 2years as a happy customer but maybe this is the problem, as the company has grown the care over the end product and customer have gone rapidly downhill whilst they focus primarily on how much £££ they can squeeze out of people!”

“This is the biggest gimmick I've ever signed up for. I have contacted the company 4 times and received nothing back. I presume it is because I want to withdraw from my subscription however they keep taking my money and sending me gin I do not want!!! Customer service is amazing until you want to leave absolute scam!”
