“I love being part of Craft Gin Club (a Christmas gift from my daughter and her boyfriend that just keeps on giving!) I so look forward to my (well packaged) box arriving and can’t wait to try my new gin, complete with yummy nibbles, flavour enhancing tonics and garnishes and read all the interesting info and try new recipes. It really is a fab service all round!”

“Fast no nonsense customer service. Not had a box I didn’t like. The surprise each box makes it feel like Christmas. Some I’ve opened and thought mmm don’t think I would have bought that by choice but then when you try with recipes oh wow.”

“Excellent customer service, problems are rectified quickly, and it’s easy to amend your subscription - unlike most others! The box is great value for money, and it is lovely to try new gins, snacks and mixers. You get a fantastic variety, and between myself and my partner there hasn’t been anything we haven’t liked. Delivery is via Royal Mail and we have never had a problem. It has actually created a bit of banter when postie arrives and says - your gin madam! 😂 We love Craft Gin Club!”

“Absolutely love the gin club. Always look forward to receiving my box and it's always great, and worth the money. Only been one item that was off no use to me as wasn't vegetarian, but the rest have been great. Had some most yummy gins, I would never have tried before. Only downside, is maybe offer an alternative for tonic water as not everyone likes it. I've never had a problem so never had to contact customer service. You are always kept very up to date with delivery and its always as it says. Would fully recommend. Great to enjoy with friends.”
