About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“Really beautiful products. This is the fourth blanket I’ve bought. This one was a present for my neighbour to use when he’s out in his wheelchair. He was really pleased with it. Keeps you warm and toasty.”

“After many months of searching for a small throw(to go on a large stool)without success I came across the British Blanket company, oh the choice of sizes and styles was wonderful, and I found the perfect colour and size,even with tassels! What a lovely company to shop with, and my parcel arrived promptly. Love the new colours and patterns to match flowers, and also love to buy from British companies Thank you, J.Sivers”

“It is everything I hoped it would be, and I am greatly reassured that its durability means that I will enjoy many years to come with the warmth and insulation it provides. It has become an essential feature in my kitchen and living room during these cold spells allowing me the option to reduce central heating and the added mobility to be warm in any part of my home and even when travelling.”
