About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“I like my blanket although I hadn’t appreciated how thick it would be. I’m sure this will be a plus when it’s cold. The colour is really nice. It’s a shame you don’t do more in the smaller size.”

“I had a problem with the initial delivery of some blankets. The team sorted it out & I received 3 beautiful supersoft merino wool blankets. Absoulutely delighted with them. Had intended to only keep 1 but have kept them all as so lovely & such good value”

“I would have given 5 stars as the product and service and delivery were worthy of such .. But due to finding the exact same product under the Tweedmill label so I bought the Duckegg/Grey for £15 less..sorry.”

“Lovely buttercup yellow blanket bought as a gift. Sumptuous wool and weave. Ordering couldn't have been easier and blanket was delivered within 2 days. Will not hesitate to buy from them again.”

“Blanket great but is a present for my wife and as the packaging clearly has the company name over it….. the surprise has gone as wife read the outside. Wish they used plain packaging.”

“Excellent quality and morals. The only issue I had was plastic packaging which the blanket was wrapped in, though plastics can be hard to replace I feel companies should make more of an effort (I've seen some companies make more effort than others) Otherwise I do highly recommend.”
