“They make a windscreen replacement look so easy. Marc and Brian were so professional on time and swift. I will recommend their services to anyone . Really take my hat off for them providing me with such a good service all through the booking to the fitting.”

“Did an Online quote yesterday morning, was very quick receiving a reply (a really useful aspect of their service) Rang up yesterday afternoon looking for availability for the next day for an emergency windscreen change and was able to get a space no problem! The gentleman I spoke to was really helpful and answered all my questions with no problems at all which I was really happy about. Got a phone call to tell me when they were on their way and arrived soon after, the gentleman who changed the windscreen was really welcoming, friendly and professional. The service was quick and effective and I am really impressed with the result. My address isn’t the easiest to find but he found it with ease and all aspects including taking payment were made extremely easy and a comfortable process. Thank you again The windscreen company for your services, will definitely be recommending you.”

“Booking was quick and easy. Windscreen was replaced but surrounding paintwork was badly damaged. The technician claimed the paintwork was already damaged, it definitely was not. The car was left covered in muck. Would not recommend.”

“So the rear passenger window glass on my car got broken. Several well known National Auto Glass companies couldn't supply the glass to fit, much less for it in a reasonable timescale, so I went to a breakers near Ipswich to buy a replacement. Doing a local search I found The Windscreen Company and (more in hope than expectation) popped in and asked if they could fit said glass for me? “I'm sorry but I don't have an appointment”. “Not a problem, take a seat!” and they showed me to their clean, pleasant waiting room (with free Wi-Fi) and my girlfriend confirmed their restrooms were 10/10 for cleanliness too. They cleared up the mess of shattered glass and fitted my window in record time, and charged me what I thought was a very reasonable price, all while being very friendly and helpful. You simply could not wish for better! 10/10!”

“Definitely a 5 star service. My van had drivers side window broken into, only thing taken was a grand total of £2.50. The service from The Windscreen Company was brilliant. Phoned them on a Wednesday afternoon, replacement window was ordered and 1st thing Thursday morning, a new window was fitted by a couple of nice guys called Billy and Mark. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.”

“After being told by other companies that I would have to take my car to them and also that the screen could not be replaced until a week later I was delighted to find this company online. “Booked online in a matter of minutes without any call back nonsense. Price agreed and cheaper than I expected. Windscreen in CMax was replaced at the agreed time and I appreciated the technician calling me to let me know he was on his way. I was driving off to work within the hour. Excellent service.”
