I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received from your company. On Friday, I brought my vehicle to Stop for a windscreen replacement. However, when the technicians arrived after missing the appointment time, they had the wrong windscreen. I was told that I would be prioritized on Monday morning and that the correct windscreen would be sent out. Unfortunately, the technicians did not show up on Monday morning as promised. They rescheduled the job for 4:30 pm, but they again failed I am very disappointed with the level of service I have received from your company. I have wasted a significant amount of time and effort trying to get my windscreen replaced. This companie is a huge disappointment

Hi Viktor, Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We always value feedback on our services whether it's positive or negative. We are sorry to receive this review and we agree in the first instance we did arrive with the incorrect windscreen. Unfortunately, the correct windscreen was not available until Monday morning and whilst we did call you on Monday morning to explain the difficulty of carrying out work as the weather was bad and raining and we could not carry out the work without the vehicle being undercover, we totally understand your frustration here. To get this job completed for you we suggested that you come to the workshop so we could do this undercover. At the point you arrived it was clear that you were frustrated and whilst apologises were verbally given we were told that that was no good and an agreement was made to cancel the job rather than it escalate into a shouting match We would like to pass on our apologies to you for the poor service and understand your frustration on this occasion. We would be prepared to offer a discount as a goodwill gesture should you wish to use our services in the in the future. All the best,

Alas, windscreen fitted in March 2020....months later, car electircs suffering from water ingress....screen removed (without permission) and refitted....now watertight and car fine (after electrics that were damaged were replaced). £1400 bill due to this

So I was quoted £145 pound to do side glass for Citroen c1 guy came smashes window try’s to fit new bit he then knocks door can’t fit it wrong size they don’t get their glass from Citroen I asked him if he’s covered it back he said no haven’t got anything to do that then he suggests go through insurance. So that’s what I’m doing now I won’t eaven suggest this company to anybody. As nhs worker to needed it doing ASAP.
