“Found the touch up brush too course Paint was near enough but not bang on but original may be lost due to age”

“Instructions with the product were inadequate. There were two tubes of paint in the package, which looked identical, was the extra just a spare or did it have another purpose? Other items were not clear how to use them. I only had a scratch on the vehicle and although I have covered it with the paint it looks very amateurish and poor.”

“After an initial problem where the wrong items were sent this was quickly rectified and replacements were sent. I did think that having had to print out a return label and drive to a post office, that I'd be given a small token by way of an extra paint bottle, but nothing was forthcoming. I'd still recommend this company and will use them again in the future.”

“After 3 different vendor's paint. Finally got paint that actually matched colour of my car. When bought my audi I didn't know that audi call it exclusive and do not supply touch up paint. So thanks for matching colour”

“After dragging a large Ikea box out of my car, I was horrified to find I'd taken a corner of paint off of my bumper. I came across this site, ordered my paint, based upon my registration, and it turned up within a matter of days. The instructions they sent, also on their site, is pretty generic and I ended up with 2 pots of paint, which I wasn't expecting. I ended up ringing them, and they were friendly and helpful. However, those instructions could be better, so I don't have to ring them in the first place, however pleasant they may be! But the paint was great and I'd recommend them.”
