“Ordered the touch up paint a while ago and just got round to using it today. The colour match is very accurate. My car is a 2014 plate Civic, so was anticipating some variation due to UV exposure. This was not the case. Very impressed, thank you.”

“Ordered my paint kit as an all in one pot touch up but it arrived in two parts, a base coat and a tinted lacquer. Seems to be a perfect match so I’m pleased enough.”

“I bought the touch up pen, good except the nib is quite difficult to use on longer/deeper scratches. It is not very soft. I have been in contact with customer service who have been excellent and offered to rectify my situation, in light of this I am satisfied with the product.”

“Quick delivery. As usual the paint is a perfect match helped by the clear instructions. The clear lacquer gives a great finish. I would have included a picture of the repair but it would have just shown a clean white panel with no blemishes and no evidence of the scratches or paint chips.”

“I am afraid in spite of matching my cycle colour, model, make and year exactly (ref Giant Defy, Knight Shield) the actual spray paint received does not match too well and is lighter than the actual frame colour. Disappointed Thr company kindly mixed another version of the spray paint. Not perfect but a much closer match. Thanks”

“Speedy Service but pen not in envelope. There was a break in the envelope and the pen had clearly fallen out. I contacted Touch Up Paint Factory and told them I would go to the local sorting office. The pen was found there which saved TUPF having to send another. Whilst I did get a thank you I thought I might have got a voucher for example for future use having saved them the cost of a new pen and postage”

“The delivery was quick and purchase process easy. The paint match was excellent considering it was an 13 year old vehicle. The advice to get paint and finish was welcome. And the price was very competitive. Cheaper brands aren't always good, as I found out to my cost.”
