“Paint pen ! Excellent product ! Perfect colour match . I tried the main highstreet provider ,which was more completed and didn’t match . This pen paint was child’s play to use , quick and easy with a great result . Only gripe three pounds delivery charge .”

“Paint arrived when I was on a short vacation, however it was on time, and once I had a chance to try it, it was a perfect colour match. Very pleased with the product (touch-up pen), as I had tried an alternative (from another suppler) prior to this and it was a little greyer then the shade of white my car actually is - this one is perfect.”

“I gave all my car details and the on line process confirmed the car colour was orange, received the goods very quickly but was surprised to note the paint I received was not orange but blue grey. The mistake was quickly rectified and I received a replacement equally as quick. The colour match is not perfect but the car looks better for having touched up the scratches.”

“Sent the wrong colour initially but were very helpful when I complained. They then contacted VW and found the correct paint colour for my car. They sent the new paint which seems good.”

“I cannot give a review because I did not have any touch up brushes in the pack to enable me to use your product. Within an hour of posting my review I received a phone call from The Touch Up Paint Factory, they apologised for not including the brushes in the package and said they would send out the missing brushes. They arrived the next day. Excellent customer service and avery good product.”

“The colour match is completely wrong the stone chips now look completely different to the rest of the car The car is a metallic and the pen is a Matt makes the stone chips look even more obvious. Should never of done them”

“Local car parts shop mixed up a bottle based on paint code - rubbish & too dark, minimal metallic finish. Bought paint from here & 1000% match. Would recommend. Blends in very well taking into account the car is 13 years old”

“Been using these guys for a few year on various family cars. Being a complete novice when it’s to painting or touching up car chips and scratches, this paint just makes you look good. Dead easy to use and just follow the guidance offered… Hey Presto… amazing finish.”

“Touch up paint is very good . It’s a shame that the nibs you don’t get many . Then they charge you £1.50 plus postage which I think was £4 if you want to buy any , but they are light enough to go in an envelope.”
