“Found these on Google. Glad I did. The paint match is perfect. The results were excellent. I wasn't looking for perfection, just something to cover the chips. It was so easy to use. Clean the surface first, then apply the paint with the supplied touch up mini applicators. Would buy again. Great product, very impressed.”

“Wrong colour paint sent (labelled as the correct colour I needed - silver. But it was green!) Email reply said they'd get technician to check. Didn't hear back so I emailed again and they said one of their machines is broken so there's going to be a delay. I asked for a refund and got no email back. Now left with a client's car half sanded and no paint and £20 down Would not recommend Hopefully they will resolve this issue ASAP”

“I ordered an all in one paint pen for a BMW 320 D M Sport back in March, 25 th actually and have just got round to using it. Well its a dark blue and is definitely not same blue as the car.!! It should be 0896 blue water meta. So Im not very impressed. So much for 100% guarantee match.”

“Product is good but used it a handful of times and the tip fell out the pen making it unusable without hesitation they sent me out a handful of new tips top service”

“Ordered on a Wednesday and paid for 48 hour delivery. Got ready in expectation of painting on Saturday. But the aerosol didn’t arrive until Tuesday (admittedly Monday was a Bank holiday) so my plans went to hell. What’s the point in giving a delivery date, charging for it and then totally ignoring it? I’ll try someone else next time!”

“Did one coat and it’s working well. Will need another touch up, but looks great so far. Will need to wet sand this down due to the amount of stone chips. Overall I’m satisfied with the process.”

“It was really convenient and rapid response from the company to send me the right item. I was very pleased with quick delivery to the EU country, e.g. outside UK. This pencil is just what was needed to repair minor scratches, instead of paying huge amount to repaint of the car body. Truly good quality of the delivery, thank you.”

“Outstanding colour match for my Land Rover Discovery Sport Dynamic in Blue. Although due to this particular colour unaware a lacquer was needed, however Touch up paint Factory kindly sent one out. Can’t fault their service & customer care.”

“I managed to scratch my Transit based motorhome, I reached out to the Touch Up Paint Factory and 2 days later you could see there had ever been and damage. The package contained all the paint cleaner and instructions required to complete the repair. Thanks for a GREAT product.”
