“Have used this company a couple of times now and all I can say is absolutely brilliant company they match the colour of the paint required %100 will always use them if you need to get a match on your vehicle then this is the company”

“Unfortunately the PDM supplied is a few shades lighter than the original paint, I fully understand that paint ages over time and a perfect match is not always possible, however it arrived in a timely manner, the Black Volvo paint is a perfet match, car is less than 6 months old, so no deterioration of the original paint.”

While we do offer a 100% colour match guarantee, it’s based on the original factory colour code — essentially, how the paint looked when the car first rolled off the production line. Unfortunately, factors like sun exposure, age, and general wear can cause subtle fading, which can make even a perfect match appear slightly off. If you have this issue, you may want to consult with our team at info@touchuppaintfactory.co.uk prior to purchasing as they may be able to provide alternatives and see if your vehicle can be done for custom paint match.

“Delivered fast but paint colour did not match. Once the error had been pointed out, a replacment can of base coat was sent - the correct colour this time. Good product - works well.”

“Great service from this company. Easy to use website and good price for touch up pen. Fast delivery. I had cause to contact them via email with a query. They were brilliant. Responded very quickly, and the next day I received a replacement touch-up pen!!”

“touch up paint for my vw crafter and volvo matched although the touch pen delivers too much paint and felt pad is loose. a bit more engineering on that would be winner otherwise brilliant”

“I purchased this pen as I had a faint scratch along my rear bumper and thought that the fine chisel nip design would result in minimum paint overflow. I was wrong, after shaking the pen as per instructions, to prime the pen you have to push the nip hard down onto a hard object many times until the paint eventually starts to flow to the nip point, which effectively blunts the narrowness of the nip and results in a much larger surface area. When I applied the paint to the scratch I may as well applied it with a brush. It left a terrible result with an uneven surface, which will be expensive to now repair.”
