“Ordering was straight forward and easy. My order was shipped out quickly but unfortunately the paint I received did not match my car colour. I contacted The touch up paint factory through email and was sent out another order straight away which I received within 2 days and this time the colour was a match. Excellent customer service it was just unfortunate about the first order or I would have given a rating of 5*”

“I ordered two pens and you only sent 1. Invoice says 2. How do I contact someone to get my second paint pen? “Great service yet again, first purchased a touchup for my wifes car, and now for its replacment. Item arrived within 3 working days, so quick and easy. Not yet had chance to use it, so cant comment on the colour match as yet, but i feel confident as the last one was perfect.”
