“Touch up pens are amazing, colour match spot on and really easy to use! Bought an aerosol recently for a previously differcult BMW individual colour, your match is perfect 'edge to edge'. Regular customer for sure!”

“Rubbish !! ordered what I thought was the fine point touch up pen and received the chisel tip type pen which made a mess of my touch up job …. P.S I am a professional decorator by trade so I can handle the task of touch up paint work !!!!!”

Just to clarify, our touch-up pens currently come with a chisel or broad tip only, as shown in our adverts and product listings—but we absolutely appreciate that this may not have been clear enough at the time of ordering, and we’ll be reviewing that. “The touch up arrived promptly, for me it’s probably too big a job, I received 2 pens, I have a few tiny stone chips, the nibs are approximately 5mm thick, far too big for what I need plus that I have to use a second final coat then sand it level Is a risky exercise, if I read the website correctly it was one single paint that included the lacquer and I might have been more confident in that case, I will however be taking my Kawasaki to a chip specialist with the touch ups hoping that he’ll use them”

Just to clarify, Touch Up Paint Factory’s paint does include both colour and clear coat in one mix, making the process a bit more streamlined. If the pen doesn’t quite suit your needs—especially for those finer chips—we also offer touch-up pots, which many find easier to control for detailed work. The formula is the same in both, so it really comes down to which application method feels most comfortable for you. Wishing your Kawasaki a smooth and chip-free future.

“Apart from being told they no longer supplied the paint in aerosol any longer and then they did. Plus being sent only one can when two were ordered? Thanks to Matt who quickly sorted the confusion out whilst having the missing can delivered the same day! This guy deserves a pay rise. 😁👍 Much appreciated!”
