“Came quickly and as described. Slightly darker than the car bonnet we needed to touch up but that may be because it's an old 2014 car.”

We’re delighted to hear your thoughts about it Anne. TUPF matches paint based on your vehicle's original colour when it was new. So UV damage that causes the paint to fade is not something that we can match, unless it would be a custom paint. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you.

“Haven’t used it yet as waiting for someone to tell me two things. The nib is too big for small chips so can any excess be easily removed. Second, what way up to store pen?”

For your first question, excess nib material can usually be trimmed away with care, but it’s best to contact us at info@touchuppaintfactory.co.uk or +44 (0) 1295 380 495 for tips and personalised paint application from our paint experts to achieve a better finish. As for storage, keeping the pen upright is generally recommended to maintain the ink flow and nib condition. However, if you’re concerned about it leaking, a horizontal position can also work nicely.
