“No major problem with the service I received from The Touch Up Paint Factory. Fairly fast delivery of my order. Unfortunately the extremely overpriced “factory colour matched paint” (30ml for £19.95) I received was nowhere near a match for my frame colour. I emailed them regarding this and after 2 days I finally received a reply. I was told that the supplier had messed up the paint formula and was told that they had no idea when they would have the correct colour back in stock. To their credit I was given a full refund for my order. Overall a very disappointing outcome.”

“Only had three or four small paint dings on edge of driver's door when I opened the door and accidentally bumped the roughcast wall of the house, by the way the car was only two weeks old and brand new, the pen paint colour is spot on and a doddle to use, the less the wife knows the better, thanks.”

“Not to impressed with my experience really. After initial email to customer service about enquire was dealing with them then the emails stopped. Turned out lady was off sick so you get no reply. Contacted them by phone and delt with order that way. Paint pens are not that good at dealing with small chips in my opinion you would be better applying it with a small brush or tooth pick. The colour match for my clio was too dark and it was right in your face you would easily spot it. The colour match for my kia was there abouts right but still not that impressed. Spray paint and clear coat for my Scania truck was a good match and easier to apply than the pens. Would I buy again I doubt it at that price.”
