“There’s no better feeling than knowing that there are huge opportunities that exist in empowering and educating a nation. Nothing comes close to that feeling of making such an impact. A course that’s really stone’s throw away from changing your life. I would highly recommend the TEFL course to individuals that plan on teaching overseas or want to teach English more specifically. The TEFL UK Academy has certainly set high standards in ensuring that students gain the best learning experience, great exposure to the theoretical underpinning of learning English and the various areas associated with teaching English. The TEFL (120 hour) course is based on the CEFR levels (Common European Framework of Reference for language levels. The TEFL course was an in-depth course with extremely insightful and interesting understanding into teaching in a diverse classroom and teaching as a foreign language. The TEFL is a great course to boosts ones current knowledge of the different aspects of teaching, classroom managements, teaching English and the rules applicable, teaching methodologies etc. Thank you TEFL for the great learning experience!”

“The six months I've spent here made me the best experience I have ever had in recent years. As a teacher, I've never thought that much till I started this course. It gave me a definite clue for preparing a lesson and different ideas about class activities. Great stuff and thanks a lot! I would like to try some new courses shortly to improve my teaching skills in more different ways！”

“The TEFL Academy have a fabulous course structure and the online element is easy to navigate. Each of the 10 modules is finished off with a short test to check your understanding which helps to compound your knowledge. The 2 end of course assignments are a bit more difficult and require you to produce your own work, remember to factor in time for yourself to complete these! If you have any questions you can raise a support ticket and the team get back to you really promptly, a service which I used a couple of times during my progression of the course. The classroom element was intense and I really feel that it was great value for money and engaging.”

“The TEFL Academy gave a very thorough overview of teaching English and as someone with no previous teaching experience i learnt a great deal. The 20 hour classroom element was especially useful and i am happy that i have used my spare time in such a productive way, with the help of TEFL Academy.”

“It was enjoyable to revise sides of the English language I already knew and to learn useful skills for planning any kind of lessons for any kind of necessities. The most enjoyable part of the course was the two classes I attended in Dublin. I guess it is always nicer to do things in company.”

“I was pleased with my short-course with The TEFL Academy. “Finally completed the 120hrs. The course wasn't to bad. Some modules better than others. The school is quick to respond to emails and grade the end of course assignments. However, feedback on the assignments seem generic. I got my certificate in the mail way before a month like quoted, so that was great! Overall, I am happy with the course and hope to find employment soon!”

“I did the 120 hour online course. It was very well structured with clear guidelines. The support staff are great and have a very quick turnaround time regarding queries. I am finding the job notice board provided at the end of the course to be extremely useful.”

“Great course, very detailed, was a lot harder than anticipated! It took me longer than six months to complete so had to apply for an extension but this was dealt with easily. I received detailed feedback from tutors in relation to my assignments and if I had any problems they were dealt with quickly. I have learnt so much and would recommend the course to anyone!”
