“I have just finished the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) and I am completely satisfied with it. All the units were well-organised and the information was updated. I learnt a lot and now I have more tools to prepare my classes. Every time I had a doubt there was someone ready to help me, I really appreciated that since this is a new method to take a course and doubts may arise at any time. Thanks a lot to all the staff!!!”

“I studied the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) and I think it’s overall a great online course for everyone who wants to teach English abroad. This online course covers many important lessons and tips to help you prepare and practice for real life teaching. From grammar to writing to lesson plans this course divided each section well and it was very easy to navigate through the whole process. I definitely recommend it to everyone out there!”

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience on the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hours). The online course is well-structured and easy to navigate. I have found the content to actually be so interesting and engaging. I think the end of unit tests and assignments are explained in great detail which makes the whole experience very enjoyable. The classroom-taught 20 hours was very relevant and useful. My tutor was a pleasure to work with and the lesson-planning was excellent experience.”

“I have recently finished the Level 5 (168 Hour) TEFL course with the TEFL Academy and was very impressed with the course. I found the materials very interesting at the time and very useful in practice. Learning the 'language' of a second language teacher enabled me to get a job quickly teaching English over the internet and I feel confident approaching my new role. The customer service was excellent both by email and by phone and the coursework feedback was detailed and very helpful too. Overall a very good course and great value for money!”

Feedback from assignments were very detailed (it helps to know where you could improve). I would recommend this course from The TEFL Academy.”

“I have recently finished the level 5 TEFL Course (168 hours). It was challenging, however once you get to the end of course units and start to get the results for the assignments it felt very rewarding. The assignments require your full attention and involve a lot of research as well as imagination. They provided lots of materials and ideas to help (including further reading materials) which will also help once teaching abroad. The 20 hour in class element was very beneficial as it allowed us to undertake 2 teaching practices. Both of which the class and teacher made us all feel very comfortable. I would recommend the TEFL Academy to anyone who wishes to teach english abroad.”

“I recently completed the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) with the online TEFL Academy. I was impressed by its curriculum and how all the units are broken down into the necessary information and methodologies you will need to know as an EFL teacher. I found it helpful that each section was accompanied by activities and quizzes to help you better internalize the information. The end-of-unit tests are helpful in reinforcing the specific information as well. I found the course assignments to be very beneficial, as they are at an academic level and challenge you to utilize the methods you have learned in the course. I really appreciated the online aspect as this allows you to study whenever fits your schedule, e.g. after work, on the weekends, during the evening, etc. Overall I feel that the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) has really set me up to succeed as an EFL teacher, giving me the tools I can use and build upon as and English language teacher aboard. I would highly recommend the TEFL Academy to anyone considering becoming certified in TEFL.”

“For an online course it is simple and easy to use and you the content is clear and concise. It felt user friendly I didn’t feel bogged down with jargon. I would recommend the TEFL academy to anyone wanting to travel and teach abroad. They make the whole progress just a little bit easier and I am glad I made the decision to study with them.”

“I completed the 120 Hour TEFL qualification and I couldn't recommend it more highly! The tutors in person and online were really knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service was great, if you ever had a problem they responded quickly and effectively. I think the content was really beneficial to get you prepared for teaching English as a foreign language and I am looking forward to using it when living abroad!”

“I've completed the Level 5 (168 hours) course with The TEFL Academy and I must admit it was enlightening, challenging at times but really helpful. The course content is great and covers everything in great detail. The extra resources provided along with a really efficient customer service go a long way in helping the students. The tasks were quite challenging but gave me a real sense of what's to come. Other than a few technical glitches and feedback on a task that could do with some improvement, it was overall a fantastic experience.”

“I have just completed the Level 5 TEFL course (168 hours) and found it to be interesting and challenging. Each unit is logically laid out, with clear information, and opportunities to test your learning every few steps. Links are provided to areas of further study that are outwith the direct remit of the course, and are very useful in pursuing areas of the subject that may be of special interest. Each unit concludes with a test, which assures that the unit is properly understood before moving on to the next. I did the combined course, which includes a 20-hour weekend classroom course. This is well worthwhile, as the classroom element offers a chance to interact with other students and put some of the online teaching into practice. The course is assessed through three assignments, and online guidance and technical advice are easily available. The course is quite hard work, but very enjoyable. I was very happy with it, and would recommend it to anyone with an interest in teaching English as a forign language.”
