“We had a brilliant experience with using The Norfolk Agents for selling our home. No forceful sales techniques - just facts, figures, upfront honesty - exactly what you want. Everyone is so friendly. We dealt with Oliver who we couldn’t fault but in addition to this whenever we called the Kings Lynn branch everyone was always super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be our go to estate agents for in the future. Would highly recommend!”

“The Norfolk Agents sold my property & were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The way they presented & advertised my house was first class. Always quick with viewings, offering a next day viewing service to prospective buyers on more than one occasion. Special thanks to Sarah & Oliver in the office, who offered me constant reassurance throughout a process that I found very worrying & updated me regularly. Great communication with solicitors & ensured the house sale went through at good pace. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

“I can highly recommend the Norfolk Agents. I have just sold my house and purchased a bungalow, through the Norfolk Agents. Shaye dealt with both my sale and my purchase. From start to finish of the process, Shaye kept me updated regularly. She also did everything possible to make the sale and purchase go smoothly ,and was very supportive on both. Shaye even went the extra mile and came personally,with a welcome pack and new home card, on the day of my move. Which I really appreciated. When I move in the future ,I will definitely use the Norfolk Agents again.”

“Would like to give six stars! ****** Laura has given our house rental process 110% and the team at The Norfolk Agent have been working really hard to find the right tenants for the property. At all times they are uptodate and knowledgeable, they kept momentum with interested tenants, and excellent communications with us as landlords. It's been very clear that behind the scenes The Norfolk Agent keeps up with the latest patterns, prices, markets etc and has advised us accordingly with factual information to back up their knowledge. If only we had started with them earlier (initially began the search for tenants with another well known agency who were not on the ball...). Laura has made the whole process very easy for us and quite frankly we don't think they charge enough for all that they do! Would highly recommend and definitely use again without hesitation.”
