“Product never turned up. I emailed you a couple of weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing back. Highly disappointed as now it’s too late to give this item as it was a present.”

“Lighter I ordered came 1-2 days after my order but,it was fully scratched on the back and I emailed them but no body came back to me..this gift was very sentimental for me but they ruined it..I did attach pictures on the email”

“I tried numerous times by email and phone to contact you but to no avail.....still awaiting a reply....... I was pleased with the purchase of the lighter but as I had it engraved for my grandsons 21st birthday was very disappointed with the result as you could hardly see the inscription, and as I said above I tried to contact you and had to give it to my grandson and explain my disappointment, so would not order or recommend this company to anyone!”

“I ordered and received my lighter very quickly. Superb service up to that point but then I wanted to return and exchange the lighter and everything has fallen apart...no response whatsoever to repeated emails. Still been unable to proceed.”

“No contact to numerous emails, online queries and Facebook messages. No phone number listed and the one I found after hours of searching just rang out. Waiting on a refund. Quality of the lighter wasn’t what I expected but my issue is with the lack of any kind of customer service. Appreciate the current situation may make things harder but this has been months now. Please respond and issue my refund. Item has been returned via recorded delivery and signed for.”

“The definition of engraving, in my opinion is etching into metal. what I recieved was not etched into metal but rather attatched or sprayed onto... Disapointing. Will not bother with this shop again.”

“Up until now I have received all the light I have ordered. So I spent a bit more on this one. And I have yet to receive it. Not happy at moment. If it does not turn up. It will have been the last purchase I will have made with you. Unless it turns up.”
