The wrong message was transcribed on the product. I contacted both email addresses you have stated on your website as soon as I spotted it but I had no reply. The product arrived with the wrong engraving. I emailed customer services as I could not find a phone number, I still await a reply......

I have been trying to contact you for a week now and i am being ignored. A ripped envelope arrived without a lighter... i am not left without a birthday gift for my dad and also have been completely ripped off.

The lighter feels unfinished, the material is lighter than a usual zippo, I bought as like for like replacement for one that was stolen but the product received is shoddy and barely comparable. The same design but not embossed, given the lighter a cheap and nasty feel to it rather than the premium quality you expect for a lighter that cost almost £50.

Have ordered a lighter for myself on 31st Jan money taken straight from account but have emailed and called company only to not receive an answer. I'm getting a bit worried that I will never receive the item I ordered have looked at other reviews and their website and this seems to be out of character for them but they should still get back to their customers if they are having difficulty processing orders

Hello, I am sorry you've had trouble contacting our customer services - I will make sure this is looked into as soon as possible. I have noticed that you didn't include the Town, or Postcode for the delivery address - which would probably account for the delay. It can take several days longer if there is a missing postcode, as Royal Mail will class it as unsorted mail.

Engraving was incorrectly spelled I have tried ringing the contact number and sent numerous e mails and no answer or reply. This was a present for a friend his birthday was 23rd April and I can't even give him the lighter I got him because his name is incorrect. Absolutely shocking service never ever again !!!!!!!!

I havent recieved my order it was posted out on the 25th nov it is now the 3rd of dec ....still hasnt arrived i have msged as there is no phone number to call ....and it has been 48 hrs and still nothing back . My email address is smithdonna18@sky.com My name is donna sturley .

Absolutely disgusted in the service I have received. Have sent 2 emails one week apart letting them know that the lighter does not work (the first email was sent 2 weeks ago) and had radio silence. When you spend £30 on a lighter you expect it to work. It's unfortunate I could not give zero stars. Sort it out.

bought a zippo lighter from the lighter shop lasted 8 hours was a gift design fell off the front. contacted lighter shop 3 times and still had no reply would not recommend or use again.
