“Product bought was very good. 👍😊 Unfortunately it was delivered to my address & not my son's. (The lighter was for his collection & i wanted it delivered directly to him for his birthday) I tried to ensure I placed the delivery & billing addresses correctly but it seems I didnt. ☹️ Whether this is a site issue or simply that I made a mistake I'm unsure I attempted to email them to correct the problem as soon as I realised but there was no admin backup to assist me. This was my only issue with my order.”

“No problem with the lighter. Exactly as ordered. Communication could be much better. I didn't receive any order confirmation or estimated delivery date even after using the get in touch form on the website. This was a worry as it was a birthday present. Arrived in plenty of time though. Quick turnaround.”

“The zippo lighter pouch arrived quick, but didn't arrive in zippos usual packaging and doesn't have "made in USA" stamped on the back which makes me thing i got a fake.”
