“I was running low on oil so put an order in for early January, Unfortunately, the cumulative target for a bulk order was not reached so I had to go with another oil club who delivered within a week. I noticed that the oil club target wasn't reached for several more weeks and even then, the price was slightly above what I paid the other supplier. I know it's not the oil club's fault if people aren't putting enough orders in and that prices can fluctuate. Apart from that, I have always had excellent service from the oil club.”

“This was the first time we'd used the club following a house move and running out because the tank gauge wasn't working. Price was great and unbeatable - only downside was the long delivery time. I'd hoped, because I'd noted 'Run Out' on the order that we might get our delivery earlier than the 8 days quoted. In the end it came in 7 days, which was a relief, but earlier would have been even better!”

“I must say how very impressed I am with THOC. After getting quotes from a number of other suppliers, THOC was the cheapest per litre. I ordered 800 litres on Sunday morning, and the Butlers tanker was here early Tuesday morning. This is very good service, I was expecting to wait at least a week, so my oil tank could only take 796 litres. THOC refunded me for the 4 litres automatically. I highly recommend THOC and Butlers. First class service.”
