“I ordered for the first time from Terralec and unfortunately, they wrongly sent my order to a completely different customer, and hadn't realized the mistake until I contacted them. They quickly fixed the error and sent out a second item which arrived quickly after dispatch. Item is great and i would have rated 5* had it not been for the initial mistake on the order.”

“I found dealing with Terralac over the phone easy and efficient. It would have been nice to have been offered a small discount especially as I purchased two items or possibly free shipping. If they wanted to retain customers and fight off the competition from China it’s something worth considering.”
