“The customer service received from Terralec was excellent, especially from Daniel, who went above and beyond to ensure I received my delivery. There had been a mix-up, at another warehouse, regarding the dispatch of my order. However, this was quickly resolved with Daniel's assistance. Daniel dispatched another order and this was received the next morning. Thank you once again Terralec for your excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in ordering from you again and also recommending your company to family and friends.”
