“Make sure you ask if they have the item in stock in the UK. I saw 'in stock' on their site but was informed, when I rang, that my order had been delayed at the warehouse in Germany. Could be a total of 3 weeks plus before my order arrives or more. In stock should mean in stock in the UK.”

“The lights arrived 2 days after the predicted final date and only 9 of the 10 ordered received. The last one was delivered after I pointed out the deficiency. So the items did come but late. Packaging of the first delivery was not great. Just about adequate.”
