“Didn’t arrive in time .. didn’t reply to emails either”

Hi, Thank you for your review, we can see that your order placed on 6th August was dispatched on 8th with your chosen standard delivery, expected to arrive in 2- working days, Ryal Mail tracking shows the card as delivered on 12th, therefore within the estimated arrival time. “After placing my first ever order with them 1 of the 3 items unfortunately came wrong! After a short email showing what had been delivered I quickly received an email back apologising and told to keep the item that had arrived by mistake and that the item I ordered would be shipped out to me straight away which I received the following day. I must say I was amazed at the speed of how fast they dealt with this and I would not hesitate to return to them again and highly recommend them to anyone.”
